Perfect for 4 guests, this accommodation, renovated in 2023, provides everything you need for a memorable holiday. Bed linen and towels are not provided. We can supply them upon prior reservation, available for an extra fee. Please note: this apartment does not have Wi-Fi access, but the village has good 5G coverage. Book now and enjoy the comfort and charm of our rental! The residence offers private direct access to the sea, ideal for divers, hikers, and nature lovers. It is located 8 km from Spain, between Banyuls-sur-Mer and Cerbère. A bus service, 200 m from the residence, allows you to reach Cerbère, Perpignan, and explore the entire coast without using your car. The village is pedestrian for children's safety, and cars are parked in an outdoor lot, subject to availability. Parking spaces for guests with reduced mobility are right in front of our apartments; however, the pedestrian and sometimes sloping streets may make walking difficult for those with reduced mobility. Cerbère is 4 minutes by car, Banyuls 10 minutes. The marine reserve is accessible by swimming from the residence. The underwater trail is 300 m away, on Peyrefite beach. In 2025, the residence will be at the heart of the nature reserve, following its extension to the Spanish border.
